Ruqayya Diwan Adamjee is a writer and illustrator based in Karachi, Pakistan. Her work aims to display the beauty of Pakistani culture and to highlight important issues in a fun, positive way.

Ruqayya completed her MBA at The University of Oxford this September and graduated with a Bsc in Economics from Duke University in 2013. She has spent her time working in the impact investing sector in Karachi, first at Acumen and most recently at Insitor. She has also written and illustrated two books in Urdu and Roman Urdu: Choti Choti Khushiyan (published by Markings in 2017) and Main Aur Tum (self-published in 2018).
